Abstract

 Abstract:Guidance and counseling teachers play an important rolein developing students' moral, such asmoral knowledge, moral feeling, andmoral behavior. Ideally BK teachers can berole models for students behave. In fact teachers BK can not be agood example for students. The purpose ofthis study was to determinethe extent to which teachers develop students' moral BK. Type of researchis a descriptive study. The study population class XI studentin SMK"X" Padang. Abstract

Teenagers have developmental task, one of them is emotional independence aspect. If the task could not be completed, it will cause the unhappiness for individual as well as the difficulties in solving the next developmental tasks. Teens that do not have emotional independence will always be dependent on parents or other adults so that when the teenagers growing up would have difficulty in completing development tasks. This research is a pre-experiment design of The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjects in this study were 10 students eighth grade of SMP Frater Padang. To determine the amount of sample used purposive random sampling technique. Data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxson Signed Rank Test. The findings of this study are there are significant differences between pretest and posttest conditions achievement early adolescent developmental tasks in the emotional aspects of students' independence. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that the achievement of the group guidance can affect the early adolescent developmental tasks on the emotional aspects of self-reliance

Abstract

Learning motivation was considered as a crucial factor for students especially those living in the orphanages. The orphans, certainly, had lack of facilities and attention in learning. The purpose of this research is to know and improve the orphans learning motivation by group guidance service. This was an experimental research which used one group pretest post-test design. The result of the research revealed that there was an improvement on the orphanages’ learning motivation at Panti Asuhan Al-Falah Padang before and after the treatment given.

Abstract

The ability of young people in social relationships may be influenced by the concept of self-possession. The fact that there are shows still encountered students who have poor social relationships. This study aims to reveal how the correlation between social self-concept of students in the school of social relationships. Type shaped descriptive correlational study. The study population totaled 444 students, using proportional random sampling technique obtained a sample of 82 students. The results showed a significant correlation between social self-concept of social relations.Keyword: Social Self-concept; Social Relationships

Abstract

 Abstract: Group counseling is a service that helps alleviate the problems experienced by the learners through group dynamics in order to achieve optimal growth.Reality on the ground that the process implementation counseling services the group have not been effective in helping alleviating the problems siswa.Tujuan research describe students' opinions about the implementation of counseling services group be seen from time the implementation, stage the implementation, the role of group leader, the role members of the group and the achievement objectives counseling services the group. Types of descriptive research, with the findings the research, opinions students about the implementation of counseling services group in SMAN 6 Padang runs with well.Keyword: Opinion; Group Counseling
